From the villa’s terrace you will enjoy idyllic panoramic views.

To the east, you will find a view of the Ajaches Natural Park and to the south and southweast the coastline, from the area of the Coloradas beach, the Nautica Sports Port Marina Rubicón, the Dorada beach and Playa Blanca town.

The villa is located in an ideal position in the south of the island, with easy walking access to the points of greatest interest in Playa Banca. From the villa, always walking from east to west,  you will reach in just 10 minutes Las Coloradas beach or the Marina Rubicon marina and shopping center, in about 15 minutes Dorada beach and in less than 20 minutes the promenade walk, beach and center town of Playa Blanca.
